Hotel Plaza Inn

Nice room. Quiet and confortable. Nice pool. Staff nice enough.

I booked this hotel for 6 days and I was ready to leave within the first hour. Nothing went right and the staff did little to fix things From not wanting to include breakfast as they were suppose to, to the wifi not working and not doing anything to fix it for 2 full days, to the elevator not working and having to climb 4 flights of stairs for everything. The worst part was the their total lack of effort to remedy the issues. The location of this hotel is rotten. Nothing close but banks and pharmacies. No restaurants, no food stores, no convenience stores, nothing!!! This gave me good reason to never book that many nights without knowing if the hotel better. I will not do that again. Do not waste your money at Plaza Inn. Much much better choices for same or less money available with much better amenities, staffs and locations. Horrible experience.

We like the security. They allow pets and have restaurants

They have the smelly and dirty blankets, and the lady in the front desk was rude

Great location. Very helpful staff. Marvelous did dogs keep guests company on grounds/walks. Say hello to Rickie for me if you go.

What we booked is NOT What we got. It was a VERY small room. Comfortable bed. It did have a hair dryer, but NO coffee maker. It was loud upstairs...a party hotel. Nice shower but a cracker box bathroom. Just doable with only 2 people. We booked a description that included a kitchenette, however what we got included an ice bucket and one glass, with Not even a coffee maker. We left at 6am, breakfast didn't start till 7am and nothing was open. Disappointed...we wont be back. There was a disconnect between description on Hotels.com and the registration.
