"Absolutely Unacceptable"

Comfortable beds

This was one of the most unacceptable and unsafe experiences I have ever had — and especially coming from a Marriott property. The room we were given had broken glass scattered across the floor and even on the carpet. Shards of glass were everywhere, clearly from a previous incident that housekeeping never bothered to clean. This is not just negligence — it’s a serious safety hazard. Unfortunately, we noticed this far too late, as our check-in was around 9:00 PM, and we were tired after traveling. We only realized the danger when my 5-year-old son stepped on a piece of glass and got hurt. Completely preventable. I immediately requested a room change, which the hotel did, but that is the bare minimum. I then called the front desk to make a formal and strong complaint, and their response was unbelievable: They told me they could not do anything at that hour. I would never return and strongly advise others to avoid this Hotel. Safety comes first, and this hotel clearly does not meet even the most basic standards.

La ubicación es excelente. El cuarto con dos camas dobles es muy amplio. Nos gustó que hay carritos en el lobby disponibles para subir maletas y bolsas al cuarto. En relación calidad-precio es muy bueno.

Estaría bien que el desayuno estuviera incluido en el precio de la estancia, y no un cobro por aparte, pero esto no nos va a impedir volver en un futuro.
