"Pésima y grosera actitud del personal recepción."

Ubicación

Pésima actitud y atención del personal de recepción. Muy groseras, en especial Johana. Que ni siquiera nos quiso dar su apellido, porque sabía que habría una queja por su mala actitud y Pésima disposición a arreglar un error de ustedes. Un error muy sencillo, una reserva para 4 adultos con desayuno incluido y nos dieron 2 desayunos de adultos y 2 de niños. Sin poder mostrar en que parte del contrato se menciona eso. Lamentable y grosera actitud.

Buena ubicación y buena calidad de las instalaciones.

El trato del personal, las recepcionistas con muy mala actitud desde el check in. En particular, Johana en recepción. Muy mala actitud y cero capacidad de resolver una aclaración, por el contrario. Tomó una postura negativa y sin argumentos. Muy mala capacitación, cero intención de resolver el reclamo.
