"Elevator not working"

Elevator was not working. How come an elevator is not working? This hotel should have two elevators. It seems to me that just management don’t care. My wife has a knee problem. We got late night was not posible to look for another hotel. This was a disaster.

"Writing new review because I wanted to edit my last one to 2 stars after the hotel was more accommodating."

Trip advisor is bugging and not letting me delete my last review but after having a very poor experience here they accommodated and compensated for 2 nights, employees are friendly but everything from my past review unfortunately still is true.

Property is nice and recently renovated. Staff is great and welcoming. The big down was that I got a room in the fifth floor while traveling with my 88 years old mother and then we found out that the elevators weren’t working- one was completely down and the second one was having problems. Hope that they invest in a complete solution

"It was okay, don’t think I would go back."

The staff were great.

The elevator was not working for the day. Some little bugs in the shower/restroom. And the A/C kept turning off and on throughout the day and night. Sometimes it would take awhile for the A/C to turn on.
