Residence Inn Corpus Christi

Our hotel was clean, and we were close to alot of amenities. Rooms were spacious. Kitchen was great. However we did not have a working television. Which was disappointing. Otherwise the hotel was good.

The studio suite is quite roomy, with a long desk, a couch, a kitchen and a 2 person table. Comfortable bed with lots of full-size pillows. Several restaurants in walking distance and a hot breakfast.

Good location

Rooms do not look like pictures online. The suite was super small, it was hot and not clean. No waters or trash cans. The hotel itself have a creepy vibe kind of scary. Very disappointing. DONOT STAY HERE When checking in there was nobody at front desk she came 10 minutes later from outside

The hotel posts signs that they are under construction but that can not and should not excuse filth. We found hair and stains on towels. The couch bed had left over candy from a previous guest. Crumbs were all over the mattress pad. I turned in the linens that evening and requested new ones. Was told they had no clean towels or mattress cover to give me. NO CLEAN TOWELS. How is that possible? I asked the next morning. Same answer. I did get new towels at some point the next day while we were gone. Still no mattress pad. That means they never wash those, nor do they replace them. The air vents are filthy. The room is rundown. I do not recommend staying here

I understand that the property is under going renovations but the wear and tear was visible throughout the hotel including the room my family and I stayed in. The service and hospitality just wasn’t there. Will consider other properties in the future.

Lady at front was very helpful

Breakfast was great, staff was so friendly and helpful, and our room was convenient and comfy.

The only complaint on the room was that there was a blood stain on the fitted sheet of the mattress so we went and got a new sheet to replace it.

It was disappointing to see how below the standards this Residence Inn was in terms of what what I expected. I never had to worry about my stay at any Residence Inn before this stay. If it was possible I would send pictures of the inside and outside absolutely terrible. TV's not working, dishwashers not working, outside seating area in terrible condition. Absolutely disappointing.

Great place to stay between the bay and the beaches. The kitchen area was great for cooking meals away from home.

The tv was broken and it wasn't fixed after notifying the front desk. Several lamps would not turn on, the dishwasher was out of order. And the pool was freezing cold.
