"Exceptional"

The room was very nice, clean, spacious, and had a cozy atmosphere to it. After letting the hotel know that we were going to be checking in late a few hours ahead before, they were very understanding and no problems arised. The bathroom was pleasant and clean.

"Quiet stay, pool closed"

Quiet stay even on a busy Saturday night. Was disappointed the pool was closed considering several other hotels we recently stayed at were open at full capacity or with eased restrictions.

"Don't book if you want to use the pool. "

We were informed at check in that the pool was closed due to local covid restrictions, yet the pool at the Comfort Suites across the road was open. I did manage to find mention of the closed pool buried in the listing. If you arent going to put the pool into service revise the listings to remove the pool altogether.
