THEY GAVE MY ROOM AWAY : SAID THAT THEY RAN MY CC AND IT DIDN'T GO THROUGH , WHICH WAS FUNNY CAUSE NO ONE ELSE HAD THAT ISSUE !! I GOT THERE TO CHECK IN WITH MY SON AFTER HIS BASKETBALL GAME AND THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK TOLD ME THAT SHE HAD GAVE MY ROOM AWAY , THERE WAS NOTHING AVAILABLE FOR MILES .. THANK GOD FOR THE COMFORT IN THAT MADE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR ME UP THE ROAD !!! YOU NEED TO HIRE NICER PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK THAT KNOW HOW TO PROCESS A CREDIT CARD !!!

Hotel was clean and quiet. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Due to COVID, services were limited, but this hotel is close to many shops, so it didn't bother us. Management was quite helpful. Husband was very pleased and said we will return.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room could have been cleaner, the shower head leaked outside the shower when adjusted. The A/C vent had dirt all along it.

Staff was nice and friedly, breakfast was decent. At check in i was given the wrong room keys and was given a room that wasnt cleaned yet. I had to get new keys and a new room that was cleaned. The new room didnt even look like it had been cleaned the way it ahould have been.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I had a east facing room so got the morning sun.
