Fairfield Inn by Marriott Indianapolis South

Close to a lot of restaurants and convenient to highway.

Look at the brand of the hotel I thought will be a clean and nice hotel. I was very dirty noisy occupants all night would not stay again

When i first checked in, i was given a room not yet cleaned, so i had to go back down and ask for a different room. I also noticed while i was there the hotel had an odd smell in the public areas, that was quite off putting, sorta like old trash, but not in the rooms, which is a good thing. (The smell was there the entire time) Also, the ice machine was down both times i had tried get some, one on each day of my stay. Disappointing when i have to go buy ice, when it should be provided. There is a bar across the street, so at night when i came back to the hotel the parking lot was full, yet when i left at 730, on a sunday morning there were only 10 or 15 cars compared to the 50 cars the night before. This made it inconvenient for a resident of the hotel. No signage for the cars of other establishments to not park were posted.

It’s good, cheap and a place to sleep.

The staff was so nice and helpful. The common area was nice, but the conditions of our hotel room were fair. The fan in our bathroom was making loud banging noises when on, and part of the ceiling was falling down.

everything was clean. people were friendly. no pool or weight room due to covid.

I found a bed bug in one of the two beds.. and it was disappointing. Everything else was fine other than that one thing.

Room smelled of urine, and the hotel was full, so we checked out and got another hotel. The girl at the reception desk was nice, and sprayed our room with febreeze, but once that dissipated the urine spell was back. She credited our account.

Quick check in but room smelled like a smoker. Toilet wouldn’t flush and sink wouldn’t drain. No other rooms to move us to so we checked out. GM was nice about it and helped us.

No pool and no breakfast. That’s why I booked there. No refund allowed.
