Needs to be upgraded and cleaned. Two stays and both times the rooms smelled like cat urine. May have a mold issue?

There was no hot tub like the hotel description stated. The pool relaxing, but we rented a room here specifically for the hot tub

There was no soap or shampoo in the room. Carpet felt wet by AC unit. The elevator quite working but they had it fixed by the morning.
