So so....not anything to rave about. The eggs were not flavorful and not much of a choice to eat. That is all I can say about the breakfast

Good comfy motel a bit out of town. Good welcome and pleasant helpful staff. Plenty of space and a good breakfast available.

Nothing that bothered us

Unpleasant smell in room. Very small window compared to most in motel. Unable to chnge to standard room.

Nothing. The online check in was not easy. I tried to go back to the previous page and the web page disappeared.

Lacie the young lady at the front desk was not a friendly person and was dishonest about how everything transpired. My boyfriend and I left to grab dinner and came back to her banging on the room door which caused the dogs to bark. She said she tried calling us for hours. That was not true. She called from a number that was not Best Western. The number she called from looked like a soliciting call as it was from Stay Wise Inn. It was a 20 minute span in which she tried calling. I told her my volume was down and I didn't hear the call because we were grabbing dinner and apologized. Our dogs did not destroy the room or cause damage. I told her when we arrived that we had dogs and that the web page wouldn't let me go back to make corrections. I was forth coming and honest. She was not honest . We did not receive a warning the decision was made to terminate our stay without allowing us to rectify the situation. We were put in a room surrounded by other dogs that were also barking. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I travel with my dogs a lot. I have never had this happen. Lacie was not professional in how she handled the situation and made the entire event worse. What she told her management team was incorrect and how we were treated was disrespectful. I will never stay at Best Western ever again. This was my first and now last experience dealing with this organization. If this is how they treat people and who they hire to represent their business. I will not partake.
