"We didn't know the building was being remodeled, but it didn't affect our positive thoughts."

The ongoing refurbishing of this property is going well. Our room was fresh and neat with new cabinets and fixtures. While the elevator was down during the reconstruction, it won't be long before the property is earning high marks in reviews.

Breakfast was below expectations. Waffle maker available, but no mix. Eggs and hash browns, but no bacon or sausage. ... The room TV stayed in an update loop and wouldn't give us programming. ... While turned on, the bathroom fan sent flakes of insulation down from the ceiling.

My mom had to stay here after a hospitalization waiting for her flight out of Montrose. She was on oxygen and the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating with helping to care for her. My husband and I also had to have some things. FedEx there for her care and they were so kind and trustworthy and helpful! The room was nicer than many more expensive hotels. It is updated, clean, highly recommend.

What a great hotel with an excellent front desk person! I made a mistake on my reservation date and she helped me correct it and got me in! I was also recognized for my elite status and offered water and a snack. My king room is on the second floor and is so clean, I have a sofa, table and shower with bath products. In room coffee, microwave and fridge. Bed is comfortable and has pillows. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a clean and comfortable room!

"Great hotel."

Room was clean and comfy.

Pool heater was down the day we arrived. It was repaired but pool was still too cold to swim comfortably.
