All was great

Hullo. I had a visitor from out of province who stayed at the Pomeroy Hotel and Conference Centre, Grande Prairie over the weekend (always books at your hotel when she comes and so sadly when (my visitor) greeted your cleaner 1. (moping up) at the elevator entrance - " Good morning" etc... and the other 2. worker too, (both Filipinos) with the linen stuff - they just looked at her (my visitor), did not even greet and just moved on. They most probably have done this to many others - won't cost a dime to greet and be friendly. I must say that this is not guest friendly and acceptable - as hotel workers and staff should greet, be friendly and at least smile when your and any other hotel anywhere host people there. So unfriendly...they were - so they need some brushing up on these points for the foreseeable future... Stem

Good breakfast and enough space.

A bit expensive

Breakfast was delishhhh, it was worth waking up early for. The pool was beautiful and warm, we could have spent ages in there. The rooms were very clean and cozy, the pillows were the best out of any hotel I’ve stayed at. The staff was friendly and welcoming, especially the morning breakfast crew working in the restaurant, they were so sweet.

Honestly parking was our only issue and it was not that bad. We were lucky enough to find just one spot in the back on our first night but it could have just been because it was nighttime. We also could not find any working tv channels but that is okay.
