"Would not go back"

Beds were nice, shower was nice and staff were very friendly!.Good coffee

Room was gross and smelled horrible! There was a broken chair, refrigerator didn't work, something gross in the toilet when we entered the room, a cup of water just sitting on the counter when we entered, the pool was drained, a loud banging noise ALL freaking night. Think it was the pipes. Breakfast was ok but not very good.

"One and done."

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Sadly, pool wasn't working. Only now am I reading reviews, and it seems that the pool hasn't been working since 2021 or even earlier. No compensation provided for the unfortunate inconvenience. The desk chair appears ripped to shred by wild animals. The housekeeping was sloppy, and I left them a generous tip beforehand.

Breakfast selection was great, appreciated vegetarian sausage available. Comfy and clean room.

The ac unit had a strobing blue light that couldn't be covered and was really annoying.

"Overall, a little disappointing as we were traveling to have a relaxing time."

I appreciated the staff being accommodating and helpful.

I was charged a higher rate than the original booking for the rooms. The wifi did not work well in the room, and we could not hook up the Fire TV Stick we brought for the children. The remote did not work very well, the pool was out of order, opened up the next day we were leaving.
