My wife and I got the breakfast times wrong, our fault. The staff who was on site was able to help us get some breakfast. They were great, hospitality of staff gets five stars.

Had a problem with the tv and they tried to fix the issue but was not able. Offered points towards another stay for inconvenience. Would not be going back what are the points gonna do?

The hotel itself is great, but the staff are exceptional. We encountered a minor problem that was no fault of the hotel, and the staff generously went above and beyond to resolve it in a way that far exceeded our expectations. I would gladly stay again!
