We ask for an s joining room not next to us. We wanted the room with a door to be able to go easily to the next room Not walk out from the first room go down the corridors ti the next room door. Also we were overcharged too The bed was so I comfortable. Very difficult to sleep on springs that are poking you all night. The bathroom was horrible. It needs a renovation. The door frame is rusty. The sink is disgustingly The tub was the same way. We asked the people at the front desk Most was easy and they all said. I don’t know I will never go to this hotel chain. again!

My daughter and I stayed here for a girls weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of choices and was good. It was also very quiet. I would stay here again.

"Too much noise in the hallways "

The hotel was very nice. However, there were young noisy children in the hallways playing mini hockey much of the evenings we were there. The sticks and pucks were hitting our door. I don’t know where the parents were, but this shouldn’t be allowed! This was disrespectful to the other guests!

Leider recht abgewohnt, Zimmerservice eine Katastrophe. Reinigung erfolgte nur auf Nachfrage, obwohl täglicher Roomservice angekündigt war. Es gibt einen recht großen (aber eiskalten) Pool und einen kleinen warmen Wirlpool. Allerdingsidt der Rsum nicht besonders einladend. Positiv war das Frühstück- es gab neben dem üblichen inkl Waffeln auch frisch gebackene Cinnamon Rolls und frisches Obst (Erdbeeren, Blaubeeren).

- Roommservice - abgewöhnt - Poolbereich nicht einladend Wir waren in deutlich besseren Faifields. Bisher war es das schlechteste

The housekeeping staff is friendly and accommodating. We arrived on Sunday. The information sheet we received had breakfast at 6am on Monday. We arrived in the lobby at 6:30 and served ourselves breakfast. As we were filling our plates, a member of the staff turned off the lights over the food area. When I asked the front desk person why the lights were turned off, he said breakfast was at 7am because of Labor Day. Noone communicated this to us on Sunday when we checked in.

Very nice breakfast. Quiet room.

Refrigerator did not work. Wasn't aware of this until we returned to room after 10pm. I informed front desk staff when we departed on Sunday morning.
