USI booked a Queen size bed room during this past winter snow storm. The room was clean as well as the bathroom, bed was very comfortable and it smelled like clean. Breakfast was ok (bagel, fruit, yogurt, waffle machine), but there was no other hot food (eggs or potatoes). Overall, this hotel is worth the money you pay, will recommend it!

Didn't know how to turn on the heat. Signs in the room would help. The staff came in and helped, and we were good.
USLocation even though it got quite noisy at night. The breakfast: the coffee was so delicious, fresh waffle but no fresh fruits. Something to think about for a healthy breakfast. The efficiency of the staff and they were very kind.
No free parking. I almost got cold as there was no thermostat in the room. The shower door was not installed properly but it worked out.
USThe manager was really nice. The 3rd fella that worked the desk the next morning was very kind and helped me find my uber. I ate toast and milk each morning and it was goid
The 1st three nights I was in a room with no heat, so they brought me a heater, which didnt help bc it kept blowing cold air out the back. When I called for more blankets they brought me a little heater with a nice blanket that I doubled over me. The lit heater put off such a dry heat i awoke at 2am trouble breathing. The 2nd night I called the desk 4 times but no one answered. I had another phone which i used and called 45 min after 1st failed call, a man picked up - i pretty sure i woke him, he saud he was in room next to me. He brought me another blanket which wasnt as warm as the 1st. He said the heater that was blowing cold air was bc I was in a corner room catching all the cold??? His English was hard to understand. I asked if I could get a room that was warm and they had none. Going to toilet was cold, so of course I couldnt shower. It was really cold The last night I was changed to a room with heat - thank God.

Didn't like the room was cold the space heater wasn't working they gave me a working space heat I'm happy now.
