USOur room was very nice, lots of space. My daughters had the suite which had a much smaller bathroom and no hairdryer
did not like that the elevator did not go to the 7th floor which was where one of our rooms were. Had to lug suitcases up a very steep set of stairs from the 6th floor

USLocation - within easy walking distance to tourist attractions as well as cafes & restaurants. Breakfast is adequate and good value (included in room price) - cereal, toast/bagels, waffles, yoghurt/fruit, condiments, tea/coffee/hot chocolate etc. Staff were friendly and helpful and able to extend our stay on request. It is a budget hotel and meets those expectations.
Can't control aircon in rooms - we were there in winter and it was very hot in the room/s. Could have extra towels in the rooms. Some of the bathrooms can be a little cosy.

Housekeeping was non-existing throughout our stay. Had to find a housekeeper myself in order to have the trash removed.

Staff was unprofessional and rude, elevator is super tiny as well as halls. I will never stay here again.
