"It was ok to stay except the air conditioning unit."

Convenient to the places I needed to go.

The air conditioning unit had a squeaky noise all day & night. It was cold like I like it one minute and hot the next. The staff at check in seemed lost about my reservation. I got charged an extra $40. I called to complain about the ac. He was walking around the property. I walked to the office. He was rude to another customer checking in. I have stayed at this hotel several times. Each time there is an issue. Last time it was horrible. But I believe in giving second chances. Quality inn get it together. It’s never ever been like this.

"It was niceish"

It room was a nice, good bed, lots of space ane clean for the most part!

It felt unsafe, there was a lot of people there who seemed to be on drugs or living out of said hotel. Also our non-smokeing room smelled like smoke.
