"I did not rest well like I had previously. The staff was friendly. The facility needs work."

I did not have breakfast bu my own choice.

The room had roaches. As soon as I opened the door and turned on the lights. Later on Another much larger bug came in. I killed both bugs! I stayed at this hotel several times last year because I did not have a permanent dwelling. Yesterday, I moved into an apartment but my bed had not come. So, I choise Quality because I had such a great experience. I was kinda disappointed this time. I did not get much sleep looking for more bugs to enter my room.

"Great staff at the front desk and the second non-smoking room was much nicer."

The room rate and the front desk was very accommodating.

The deposit of $100 dollar was too high also I'm still waiting for deposit to be returned to my card. The room was supposed to be non-smoking and I saw a roach. But we were moved to a much nicer room. However, throughout my stay I was still worried that I might see another roach. That's why I never stay at choice hotels, but I decided to give this one a chance.
