Quality Inn Greenville near University

Room was nice. Nice big bathtub. Bed was ok comfy.

Front desk clerk upon check-in was not very friendly. Attitude problem. Stained king bedspread.

This is an exterior entrance property so if you are accustomed to Hilton, Marriot, or IHG this hotel will probably not satisfy you and you should choose one of those hotels that are in the area. HOWEVER, the Quality Inn is a nice option if you are looking for more affordable accommodations. The rooms are simple but clean, the bed was VERY comfortable, in fact more comfortable than a Hilton Garden Inn that I stayed most recently. A good selection of TV channels, and the standard amenities like micro/fridge, hair dryer, etc. I did not eat breakfast... it is a to go menu and I instead ate breakfast next door at Harvey's. Are there things that could be improved upon? Of course, and I hope that Management will continue to do that. If you are in the area for a short trip this property is a good place to try.

location, quality overall was what I expected for the price, room was comfortable, slightly outdated bathroom/shower area.

There were obviously college men staying at the hotel and woke me up it seemed like every 30 minutes during the night being loud. The noise from outside was very easy to hear

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast area was very clean and had good choices.

When we walked in to the room we were assigned initially, the beds had not been made, there was some kind of a fan unit blowing in the room also. The trim we stayed in felt dirty and also smelled like cigarettes. Not worth the price.

Room needed update and they didn’t bother to paint the smallest bathroom and couldn’t decide to use white or black caulking on the tub and shower walls. They failed and used both poorly executed
