"decent for 1 nite stay"

didn't have breakfast left early

bath needed work baseboard not attached and I had to tighten hopper seat very loose. No TV list of stations to watch.

Location and cleanliness of the room

I thought it was inside of the building but it was outside and some of the other customers where really loud with there cars and yelling the room need to be sound proof
