The reception was nicely air conditioned which in the heat wave was the best place to hang out. The bed in the room was comfortable.

There was no air conditioning in the room, the fan which was put instead was partially broken and noisy. The sink was clogged. When I asked for an iron and a hair drier at the reception I was told the gave them out but did not get them back and they didn’t know where they were. Finally I got an iron the next day but there was no ironing board. Sofas in the lobby were so filthy I would not want to sit on them.

Transportation is close and convenient. Room is clean and personnel is nice. I liked they have a small store with snacks in the lobby.

Furniture was a bit shabby, i stayed during heatwave and only ventilator saves me from +30C in the room at night.

Cost benefit is high, workers are very nice.

Everything else beyond the kindness of the workers. The bathroom looked like it was never cleaned, the room was nice but also not clean, one of the duvets had blood stains.

Überforderten Personal, Wir haben unser Zimmer vor Monaten gebucht und bezahlt, dann war es schon besetzt, alles überbucht. Der Ersatz war weitweg, mässig und sehr teuer.

The lobby with the AC

The hotel was extremely dirty. I’ve never seen the toilet being so dirty in my life.The AC was present but not working at all with the 37 degrees outside. Booking canceled my hotel reservation 24 hours before the check in so I had to find something else very quick, otherwise I strongly don’t recommend.

The staff was friendly and check in was smooth. But when I got to the room, the bathroom had not been cleaned (visibly dirty, bin full…). It was late so there was no more cleaning available. I asked for the next day and nothing. Cleaning the toilet is really the bare minimum, which was not done.
