Best Western Plus Wichita West Airport Inn

We had to take the towels down each evening to get replacements. There was no service to the room the entire stay. We have stayed there several years for our trip to Wichita and it has been going down.

Nice place to stay friendly staff and clean room and quiet plac to stay an very good breakfast there an A very good place to meet family to an see othe people there from Different places the pool was out of season so could not use it as it was an outdoor pool

I came to for a conference in Wichita recently and my husband decided to come with me thinking he could work in the room and we could turn it into a nice time away together. However, the hotel was not at all comfortable and was very disappointing. The pool was unexpectedly closed, the exercise room was lacking weights and was not even airconditioned, the hallways and lobby were all not airconditioned, and the floors and walls were disgustingly dirty in the hallways and lobby. In our room, the chair at the "workstation" was broken and when we asked for a replacement, we were told "we can't do that". They finally brought a better one on the day before we left. The refrigerator froze our food, the phone didn't work, the air conditioner in our room did not cool the room during the night. The bathroom floor and the carpeted area in the room were very dirty. The couch in the room was badly stained, as was the headboard on the bed and the window which we could barely see out of. It was an extremely disappointing stay and we'll never stay at Best Western again anywhere.

I have never seen a hotel go down hill in one year like this one. We attend an annual convention in Wichita each September. We always have stayed in this Bestwestern. We will never stay here again. After three days, we never could anyone to come and clean our room. I had to fix the shower to make it work myself. Terrible experience.

Room was clean, great location, only drawback was no AC in the fitness center.

This is airport hotel that does not have an airport shuttle. I was expecting one. There was one even parked out in front of the hotel but I was told its just there so it doesn’t get stolen or vandalized from being parked out back. The TV setup was limited and hard to use. This is an airport hotel with no alarm clocks in the rooms. No phones to schedule a wake up call. Hard to sleep well wondering what time it is or if you will make your flight in the morning. no breakfast option for early travelers. Even if one is too early for something hot there is usually bagels, yogurt, cereal and such out at other, better, airport hotels. Place was just plain disappointing.

Are stay at this location was very terrible. We drove from Arkansas to Denver trip this year and decided to stay at this location. I like to be compensated for the time we lost checking in today. It's about 4hrs. of waiting in the lobby to wait for a Handicapped room that I reserved for the night!!! Also was problems with the room the manager that was on duty. She was the one that took charge of this task. She put us on a non-handicapped room. My wife is the one that's disabled. Other issues are Office Chair is broken / Broken Tub Drain No vent in the Bathroom.

Older hotel, did stay as they had no rooms and were over booked. 3 people came back to the desk while I was there (maybe 15-min) all had been given keys to already occupied rooms. Pick a different place.
