L accueil réservé par le personnel et surtout " la dame a tout faire". Petit déjeuner correct.

La vetuste des équipements ( lits, draps, jacuzzi....) Vue de la chambre obstruée. L ensemble de l hôtel mérite un bon coup de rafraîchissement et de nettoyage surtout côté jardin. Le propriétaire peut faire quelques investissements car cet hôtel a un joli potentiel.

Me encantó el trato, comida en el restauran muy buena y los desayunos llenaron las expectativas.

Reserve en febrero y me dieron una habitación semi subterranea, casi sin luz. Wi-fi de mala calidad en la habitación.

The location is just 5 minutes to the airport. It has a complimentary sauna and jacuzzi, which we enjoyed. The room is spacious for the whole family. It has a hot shower.

The room has only one aircon and, since the room is big, it cannot keep it cold. This is very important for us since we have children, and a comfortable room temperature is essential for their rest. We hope the management can consider either adding another aircon unit or upgrading the existing one to better suit the size of the room. Aside from this concern, the other amenities were satisfactory, but improving the cooling system would greatly enhance the overall stay.

The staff was very welcoming and the property was very clean. The hotel is located near a Robinson’s Mall, which was great because we were able to take a tricycle to get some dinner.
