Balai Princesa

We had a pleasant experience during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Due to a cancelled tour, we spent more time at the hotel and truly appreciated the jacuzzi. It turned out to be a relaxing. Thank you to the team for making our visit memorable!

The room was spacious and the bathroom had two showers which was useful for our big group. Beds were comfortable. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot tub and the saunas!! We had both all to our selves and it was amazing!!

The rooms had windows that were etched out so you couldn’t really see out of them, felt a little isolated but we didn’t mind as we were only here for a day. The cafe staff also knocked on our door quite late to collect payment as they knew we would be leaving early the next day to catch our flight.

Very spacious, staff were helpful. Garlic rice very tasty.

WiFi signal not great on second floor sometimes. Some fixtures like racks and taps were loose, hot water sometimes stopped in the shower

The place is very nice and cozy. Good location close to everything. The staff was awesome very friendly and accommodating.

Quiet and more homy feeling .
