This hotel is outstanding! Upon entry, you are welcomed with a smile and treated like royalty! The decor and design exudes opulence and grandeur. It's breathtaking on arrival. The room is just lovely, the robes and slippers are fine quality, and the array of complimentary toiletries is impressive. There is even a pillow menu to satisfy every sleepyhead!!! Even the elevators are an artistic delight! The pool is perfect, and the buffet breakfast overlooking the pool is a foodies dream. Very kid friendly for families with a separate beach themed, sand bottom shallow pool and lifeguard for added safety. There's a lovely gift shop inside where proceeds assist an orphanage. Movie night under the stars was fabulous! The staff are very attentive and seem to appear just when you need them, smiling and cheerful to assist with anything at any time. There is no shortage of service at this hotel. The Trans Resort is a wonderful experience, I would definitely return.

A few little minor maintenance issues such as the chrome jets popping off the balcony spa, had to push them back on, the push in plug got stuck in the vanity and unable to release to drain the water, a little damage to the inside laminate on a wardrobe door, all of which were reported to staff which I'm sure will be rectified to maintain the quality of this fabulous hotel
