The Trans Resort Bali

The bed was the most comfortable of anywhere I’ve stayed (I’d actually love to know what the mattress is) The staff were exceptional

That I could only stay 3 nights, my fault, no one else’s.

Breakfast was excellent, staff were very attentive and kind (10/10 for all staff). Quick room service. Roof top bar with great views. Nice pool for kids and good kids club activities. Great showers and bathtubs :0)

Lack of privacy unless curtains drawn. Very noisy room - we believe it was AC or pool pump (sounded like someone drilling / generator running in our room all night - no sleep :/ ) :( Expensive food and drinks. Asides from breakfast, the restaurant and food was very lack lustre / below average and expensive :( Hotel needs updating - basic things like nice new tablecloths / clean ones when dining (purple grubby ones were not doing it for me) and cloth napkins would make a big difference. Hotel is very close to being 4* with better food and a few more touches.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive from check in to check out. The room was spotless and well designed. My family and I had an amazing stay at the Trans Bali Resort.

Thanks for yansu for keeping my items as i have left it in the hotel rooms.
