"Very enjoyable week in Seminyak."

Staff is great. Very comfortable overall.

The in-room coffee service was not good. Instant coffee with creamer powder. They could improve on that with machines/pods. The mattered was a bit sunken.

"Really worth for the money"

Interesting that you need to know the number of your table to order things for breakfast. There are too many staff waiting for you to ask them. Everything in the room is really good, worth for the money. All staff of this hotel is very helpful.

The pool was magnificent. The location was, I thought at first, not great because it was on a main road on the periphery of the main area of Seminyak BUTevery time I went out and returned on foot, the security guys stopped the traffic so I could cross safely AND it was only a 4 min walk to the top of the main shopping/ restaurant st in Seminyak. The bonus was that when leaving for the airport a traditional ceremony resulted in many streets in Semanyak being closed but because of the hotel's location I was unaffected and got the airport in 25 mins.

The air conditioning was too cold for me and didn't seem to be able to be lowered.
