Batatu Resort - Adults Only

Le service était exceptionnel! Un groupe whatsapp est mis en place pour communiquer simplement avec le personnel et ils sont très réactifs. C’est appréciable. L’emplacement était top, nous étions à moins de 10 minutes en taxi du centre.

Notre chambre sentait un peu la moisissure, même en aérant régulièrement la chambre. Nous étions plusieurs à dormir dans l’hôtel et uniquement une chambre avait cette odeur.

Rien à redire, c’était tout simplement PARFAIT ! Nous avons séjourné dans une villa privative avec piscine, grand salon extérieur, très belle chambre et salle de bain… un vrai rêve ! Tout était impeccable, le personnel aux petits soins et toujours très arrangeant dès qu’on avait besoin de quelque chose. C’est le meilleur hôtel que nous ayons eu durant notre voyage à Bali et aux alentours. En bref, vraiment rien à reprocher. :)

Lovely staff, beautiful resort, we had our room upgraded by the lovely staff for our anniversary. I would certainly recommend and would return. Everything you need is at the resort or can be arranged by stuff.

I booked for 1 night for the classic bungalow and the staff kindly upgraded us ( it’s based on the availability) , all the staff were very kind always here for you if you need anything , the room was perfect , beautiful and clean.

Die Unterkunft war unglaublich toll. Die Villas sind sehr schön und man hat viel Platz. Wir konnten rund um die Uhr Essen aufs Zimmer bestellen, die ganze Speisekarte war verfügbar. Auch das Frühstück wurde uns ohne Aufpreis in die Villa geliefert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Rollermiete lieg einfach, schnell und unkompliziert ab.
