The villa was stunning! One of the nicest we’ve ever stayed at. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble

Struttura molto bella Personale molto gentile Villa con piscina privata incantevole

Purtroppo quando pioveva la copertura esterna non bastava, inoltre pioveva anche in camera vicino la finestra. La cassaforte non funzionava

"Very Good"

The road this hotel is situated on is a really busy one, so if you want a good night’s sleep, ear plugs are a must. Also they are really strict with the 2pm check in. The facilities are not “resort” level in my opinion.

Organizzazione ottima, al tuo arrivo creano un gruppo whatsapp con tutto lo staff dove puoi richiedere qualsiasi cosa e in pochi secondi chi di competenza provvederà a soddisfare la tua richiesta. Servizio impeccabile, cibo ottimo e location stupenda. Assolutamente consigliato per una coppia.

Nonostante la villa sia stupenda potrebbe essere più curata. Inoltre la temperatura della piscina privata era piuttosto bassa.
