"STAFF WAS GREAT, the rest of the hotel stay was not."

The staff was wonderful and very helpful.

The hotel didn't have an elevator, and in this day and age of multiple story hotels that was so surprising. And there was NO mention of this online from booking.com, or when I spoke to the hotel. With an artificial hip and arthritis in the other one, this was very painful just coming and going upstairs to our room, even with the help from the staff to get our luggage up to our room. Very surprised that nothing was said about no elevator service in the write up on the booking.com website. This is something that should be noted.

The condition of the property is really not good. When showering the tub does not drain very well, the overall condition is not good, and outlet cover missing in hallway. the breakfast is not good.

"Perfect Stay for Balloon Fiesta"

1 mile from the Balloon Fiesta and they provided free van service (drop off and pick up). They were so accommodating. We also were able to watch the balloons from the air, from the hotel! Excellent location.

AC unit was very noisy…reported it to the front desk and I assume a repair was attempted but it was still noisy. Shower had awesome hot water. Breakfast was not so great. Location for balloon festival was excellent. Shuttle for balloon festival was a nice surprise.

The light switch were very dirty. Room needed a good cleaning. Bed spread was dirty. Those bed spreads need to be changed out when the sheets get changed out. Everyone lies down and sits on them

"Dates but nice for Festival"

The room was clean but dated. Staff was amazing during balloon festival. Driver of courtesy van was AMAZING. No elevator, but would stay again for location to Festival

"Great Location for the Balloon Fiesta!"

Booked because of its proximity to the Balloon Fiesta and its shuttle service. Price during the Fiesta were way above the normal but what can you do. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was minimal. Would stay again, especially because of its convenience to the Fiesta.

Close to the balloon festival

Lights and plugs in the room didn’t work. Beds was very old. The toilet backed up had to call twice before someone would come to the room to fix it.

"Exceptional"

Staff friendly. Comfort bed. Good location close to Balloon Fiesta. The hotel has free shuttle to and from the Fiesta Park, very convenience.
