The room was filthy. Blood on the sheets brown spots of some type of drink spilled. Hair in the tub crumbs on the desk and night stands. It was disgusting. Bed was hard as a rock

There was what looked like blood stains on the curtains, and breakfast was eggs and gravy. I got coffee and left. It was a mess. .

The staff was wonderful and very helpful.

The hotel didn't have an elevator, and in this day and age of multiple story hotels that was so surprising. And there was NO mention of this online from booking.com, or when I spoke to the hotel. With an artificial hip and arthritis in the other one, this was very painful just coming and going upstairs to our room, even with the help from the staff to get our luggage up to our room. Very surprised that nothing was said about no elevator service in the write up on the booking.com website. This is something that should be noted.
