Quality Inn & Suites Albuquerque North near Balloon Fiesta Park

Bed was fairly comfortable

Had reservations but when I got there I had to wait 20+ minutes for a room to be cleaned. When I got in the room the heater sounded like it was ready to explode, the TV did not work and the bathroom heater was GONE, and a big hole in the ceiling. Made me very uncomfortable to use the bathroom. No offer for a reduced rate either.

Breakfast was not great there was not a whole lot of selections far as food went no bacon no sausage and no potatoes just eggs and the waffle maker pan was disgustingly dirty it would be great to see more fresh fruit all they had was apples

Didn't like how the rooms are a bit outdated not exactly as clean as to be expected it was also very loud in all surroundings, the beds were very hard not comfortable at all and their was ketchup inside the heater/cooler

Staff was nice

Too many people smoking pot in parking lot

Breakfast was good, front desk staff were nice and helpful 😊

The bath tub was dirty, I had to shower with a towel at bottom of tub to stand on since the tub wasn't clean. I moved the dresser with TV on top of it closer to the couch area so that a person can watch TV from bed and another from sofa, there was dirt and some trash under the dresser.

I enjoyed the pool being indoors and open until 10, the friendly staff and the free breakfast.

Roof was leaking in hallway, holes in walls (maintenance trying to reach water lines?) And our room stunk!!! Like cigarettes even though it was a smoke free room.

The price.

It was filthy dirty, also hair everywhere and blood stains on pillows, stains on sheets. Bedbugs and roaches. Explained everything and showed pictures. They didn't want to solve my issue so I requested a full refund!
