I really appreciated the daily check messages from Christopher, regarding our stay. On the occasion we had a concern, he took the time to address it promptly. We left feeling very satisfied with our overall stay.

The weather!! :)_ The Palm seemed short staffed. The staff did their best!

Overall, we had a nice stay at Hilton Ocean City Oceanfront Suites. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the indoor and outdoor pools were amazing for families. We really enjoyed spending time together and relaxing during our trip.

Some staff members were very friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately there were moments where we felt uncomfortable or like we did not fully belong there. As a Hispanic family, some interactions and looks from a few employees and visitors made us feel out of place at times. One experience that stood out was when I politely asked someone for directions and they simply kept walking and ignored me. During check-in, the front desk also did not mention or explain any possible room upgrade options. I stayed respectful and kept things positive, but these moments did affect our experience. Another example was at the pool area, where the waiter checked on many chairs around us but did not ask if we needed anything until our last day. I work hard as a nurse, and vacations are important for me to rest, relax, and enjoy quality time with my family. Everyone deserves to feel welcomed and comfortable while on vacation.

Like that. The gym was 24 hours and the pool was long hours from 12 to 5 AM was perfect. Didn't like that. The lazy boy river wasn't open. Not all the facility was open for use What are you crying now?Given I'll be real

Loved this restaurant! Spent time in the bar getting food and drink had an amazing bartender her name was Joanne!! I have a special needs son. She was amazing to him and to everyone else as well!! Joanne made the experience exceptional!
