Reception & lobby staff were accommodating & friendly.

My first experience was with Samuel and he assisted me on our parking. Samuel was very polite, professional and is a great representation for your company.

We were impressed with the service we received from Katie. She was working so hard to get us checked in for valet. She made the process so smooth and easy. She was very busy and still kind during the whole process. Jessica at the front desk checked us quickly.

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I enjoy staying at your property. Every time I visit, the staff is always so pleasant and welcoming, which truly makes a difference in my travel experience. On my most recent stay, I had a particularly great interaction with one of your valet attendants, Santi. He was incredibly nice, courteous, and professional. His warm attitude and helpful demeanor stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable.

When we arrived it was busy but Wanda got us checked in with valet very quickly. Front desk Jesse was also very quick to get is checked in to our room. They gas live music in the lobby which was nice while having a drink. The you g lady was very talented. It was a pleasurable experience upon arriving.

The hotel as a whole was very clean. Our room was especially clean and nice. Wanda was outstanding. We enjoyed her service and personality. She was full of life. The work out room was nice and well used while I was there. We will be returning on our next trip.

There is only a four dollar difference between self parking and valet parking. You might as well pay the difference to not have to park yourself. Thanks Wanda for creating a smooth check in with our vehicle. She set up the link before we went upstairs so all we had to do was hit the button to request our car. Check in went smooth with the front desk

The time we spent in Nashville we made so many memories. Thanks to Katie for adding to them with her great customer service and recommendations. We loved that the hotel had Starbucks coffee. We loved our room and housekeeping did a great job.

Katie is awesome! She is the kindest person. Her professionalism was outstanding. The front desk staff were kind as well when we checked in. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast menu was pretty good. We enjoyed our stay.

overall nice, older property needs some upgrades… safe , some friendly staff members- good location.
