Great location. Easy access to Music Row and to Broadway. Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed.

Katie in the valet out did herself when we pulled up. She greeted us before we got out of the car. She grabbed a cart for us and unloaded our luggage. She explained how the app worked and got the app set up for us. She made it so much easier for us. Amazing job Katie!

When I arrived for my stay at the hotel, I pulled up underneath the covered area and I knew that they would have ballet, but typically you have to go inside, do a bunch of paperwork & then they’ll get your car but in this instance, Katie, the valet lady immediately came out and was so nice and smiled and professional and made it so simple and it’s nice t arrive somewhere and get that sort of feeling

Came here on a staycation and loved my visit. The staff were INCREDIBLE and made sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family to come and stay here anytime they come to Nashville! Thank you again to the amazing staff.

Stayed at the hotel in June 2025 I was there on business . I was given a room next to the elevator which of course created lots of noise throughout the night . It was on the second floor , which was across the lot from a very noisy bar which played music well into the night . Earplugs were provided “ free of charge “ because of the noise so close to the room . The windows are so clouded or damaged you can hardly see out of the window pane . As a female travelling alone I was concerned by the access to my window from the parkade and outside dumpster which was outside my window . Someone could climb up on the dumpster and access the my window. When I addressed my concerns to the front desk they did not seemed concerned by my complaint . I’d never stay there again , there’s so many choices in Nashville that provide great rooms & service . Beware of this noisy run down hotel .

No shuttle service, limited restaurant hours, not many amenities.

It was a perfect location, close to where my friends were staying and very comfortable!

This was just an average stay. Nothing out of the ordinary. The AC in our room did not cool off enough. Property was ok, but could use a little live in some areas.

We have never valeted before and decided to give it a try. Wanda was so amazing. She's professional and her service was extremely great. She grabbed our luggage and took it all the way to our room. Amber at the front desk was amazingly good and got us into our room fast. Shout out to the ladies!
