Courtyard By Marriott Vanderbilt-West End

This hotel was centrally located to lots of things. Pool was nice and room was comfy enough, though we had a shower that wouldn’t drain and a couple hours mid day where there was no hot water for maintenance. The internet was buffering a bit as well.

I have had the best time at the Courtyard so far. Shout out to Katie for being amazing and being so kind to us. She got our car so quick and safely. She wanted to make sure we were treated great. We have enjoyed the pool. We have enjoyed everything so far about our stay.

I want to give a shout out to the staff of the Bistro Bar !! The staff was outstanding, they were courteous and attentive, especially as it was the 4th of july ! I had the Alvaco toast 😋 it was outstanding 👌 The best ever made. Beverly made it and it had the most wonderful fresh flavor ever !! You could taste the avocado and tomato she put on and all the fresh greens 💚. Outstanding!!!!

We come to downtown Nashville every year for thr fourth of July and we were impressed with Katie. She treated us like we were at a five star hotel. Her professionalism was outstanding and her service was even better. We felt really welcomed when arriving.

Our service from the valet Katie to the front desk Amber to the housekeeping team were outstanding. We really enjoyed the Bristo restaurant and the Starbucks coffee. The pool was amazing since it’s been so hot. It was nice to cool off after walking around Nashville.

My stay was excellent. Benjamin was very helpful. The place was nice and clean, people were kind and welcoming. Definitely recommend.

Benjamin was the best valet ever. 10/10 my guy did a great job parking my car and was a solid dude. I need friends like him. He was so polite!

We had a really good experience during our visit. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the rooms were well-kept, which made settling in easy. One thing that stood out was the valet service—Christopher, in particular, was super helpful and friendly. He made things easier for our family and always had a good attitude, even when it was busy. Overall, a solid place to stay. Nothing too fancy, but everything we needed was done right.

Comfortable and convenient. Close enough to downtown without being in the noisy center.
