Courtyard By Marriott Vanderbilt-West End

The hotel is old and we were in tower 2. It was a maze getting there. Elevators were dark and out of date looking

The workers were very nice and friendly

Samuel was very respectful and extra careful with my car! His parents did a great job and the courtyard has a good one! Wishing nothing but prosperity for him and his son on the way!

My stay at the hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax. A special shoutout to AB from the valet team—he was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location of the hotel is convenient, but it is very noisy as the building is right by a major street. The hotel provides ear plugs, but they are very uncomfortable.

The pizza bread at the Bistro restaurant inside the hotel was yummy. Thanks Katie for recommending it to me. The valet manager' s service was impressive. She was outstanding. I enjoyed the bar during my down time from my work trip. I always have a good time when I'm in town. Thanks for everything from the entire staff! My room was very clean and comfortable.
