"Treated so kindly"

The valet manager Katie treated us like we were at a five star hotel. She opened my car door, grabbed my luggage, and checked my vehicle efficiently. She set up the app so I wouldn't have no problem requesting my car. The front desk ladies were quick to get me checked in and gave me a 10% off at midtown Cafe across from the hotel. My room was very cozy and clean.

Staff out front of building were very helpful with directions. 2 mornings area in front of elevators was a little congested with cleaning staff when we were trying to leave upstairs. Only real complaint is that parking costs are ridiculous. Payment for hotel room should include complementary parking.

"Traffic noise "

Tower one was very loud with traffic noise all night. Sirens, motorcycles,etc. we moved rooms to tower 2 the second night. It was better

"Labor day weekend get away"

Great service from valet katie to the front desk Gorge. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were very clean. We had a great labor day weekend. The location is close to downtown without the loud noise and drama. I would recommend staying here. The pool was used quite a bit while we stayed.

"3 star"

This hotel is 3 stars at best, a positive thing is the staff, the staff are polite friendly and approachable, you can’t fault them at all, my 3 star rating is not a reflection on them. The hotel is a really good location to get cheap Ubers/lyfts to and from broadway. The reception/lobby area and bistro is clean and well presented. However upon entering the room we were surprised the room didn’t match what we saw upon check in, this was incredibly dated and worn out, the curtains were stained, the light across the mirror between the beds is stained and incredibly frayed, wall paper peeling off the wall, the state of the skirting boards around the rooms looks like they need a good wipe and lick of paint. (Overall just cleaning and modernisation) In the bathroom I enjoyed removing the previous occupants hair from the shower, my friend in a different room enjoyed binning someone else’s seltzer cans…which clearly means the room hasn’t been cleaned properly. The toilet roll holder falling off the wall each time you use the toilet, which behind was covered in thick dust. The ice machine is broken, the elevator is broken, the coffee bar open and closing hours vary. Our main issue which was very surprising to hear is we can’t have late check out unless we are marriot silver or gold members, even when we offered to pay for it, I work as a travel agent and I’ve never come across a hotel that doesn’t offer a late check out unless you are a premium member, we then asked if there was a shower area to freshen up after using the pool on the day we are checking out, with a 9pm flight we were disappointed to hear this is not possible. Overall the hotel isn’t the best but it isn’t the worse the beds are comfortable, the staff are nice it does the job
