OYO Silver Spur Burns Hwy 20

The room was clean, out dated and in need of repair and upgrades but it was clean. The tiny window AC was barely able to keep up in June, but it worked and wasn't to noisy.

I did not stay there. My son and I arrived at 5:30PM on 5/31 as planned but the place was dirty, filled with old vehicles, mattresses on the balcony, many "questionable" people hanging around so we left immediately without even entering the office. We found another accommodation own the street that was clean and reasonable. You should take this place off your site and refund my money.

I didn't care for the pile of stuff over in the corner Of the parking lot. there was a dirty dog kennel and a dead car and a horse trailer. It lookedlike a homeless person lived there.

Heidi was helpful in rearranging so we could have ground level room due to health issues climbing stairs. This facility is being remodeled but doesn't look good right now. Needs improvement.

This motel needs updates. It’s a bit too rustic for us, and some things needed attention. The plugs are inconvenient and loose. The rug feels “sticky.” The stairs are unsafe. The noise from the parking lot was awful. We could also hear people next door. We won’t be back.

Property is being remodeled

Horrible place. Undergoing extensive remodeling and should not be open. Room unclean, sheets with multiple burn holes, old ratty blanket. No functional deadbolt on the door - deadbolt installed, but there was no opening on the door jamb for the bolt! Nothing but a bathroom-grade lock, easily pried open. Fire detector hanging open and no battery installed. Spiders in the shower. Door has a 1/4 in gap all around, letting in light and wind. Poor drapes, letting in light all around. Baseboard heater not working - nothing but a small burned-out smelly wall heater in the bath area. Entire top level of 2-story motel filled with construction materials, old mattresses, tools, etc. Broken -down cars on property with old horse trailers. Big dog barking half the night. Construction noise directly above my room until after 8pm. My room looked NOTHING like the pictures on the website - clearly, they cleaned up and decorated ONE room for the picture. I had reservations for 4 nights and left after one, and all fees were kindly refunded by Orbitz This place should not be open until completely remodeled and thoroughly vetted by Orbitz

Friendly Staff, middle of refinishing, no clean towels for second night, had to empty own garbage and find their dumpster. Congested parking.

Undergoing renovations in 2024 so a lot of rooms were not available and it was cluttered. A neat old place. Great staff.

This motel was under construction and renovating the rooms. One of the rooms that we had, had bed bugs in the beds and also the shower. I would not consider going back to this motel until after the construction was complete, but even that, the bed bugs would not be welcome.
