"No frills but clean. "

If you’re looking for an overnight stop, with no amenities, this is the place. Pros: small fridge, microwave (ours didn’t have the glass plate inside), clean room. Cons: unmatched rough (scratchy) bath towels, tv control didn’t work well, outside surroundings were messy and junk under stairwells. Price is high for a 2 star hotel.

No staff on site for check-in, must call number on note on door for person to arrive within 5 minutes. Run down and shabby facility needs major maintenance and remodel. Potholes in parking lot, overfilled trash cans, furniture and mattresses stacked under stairs or on balcony, peeling paint, worn carpet with holes, no deadbolt on door, one electrical outlet available, no coffee maker. Sketchy residents and neighborhood add up to a creepy and unrestful stay.

This is the worst place I have ever got through Expedia, you folks should be ashamed of yourselves for having them on your site, I had to go to a different motel, makes me re think using expedia. No TV, no one at the desk, filled with druggies!!!!

Room was okay but a bird had built its nest on the window AC unit and was peeping away early in the morning. Also, a toilet in another unit kept going off all night. Property seemed run down.

Front desk un-occupied, had to go looking for attendant. Lobby was dirty and in disrepair. Whole property was rundown. Misc. junk scattered Room had filth on the walls and ceilings. Locks seemed inadequate. Bed was clean, and free of bedbugs.

Not the greatest. Wifi was terrible (there were 2 networks to choose from). Shower broke and wouldn't turn off. AC unit was a small window one on the far side of the room. Door was questionable to stay closed, you really had to make sure it was secure. TV wouldn't turn on. But it was just good enough for what I needed, which is to sleep overnight. If you don't plan to stay long and just need something cheap, this is maybe the place.

We got in late and have trouble calling to tell them we were going to do a late check in. The front desk kept hanging up the call before they finally picked up. When we got there, the parking lot was full and half the place was under construction. We were told that the room with two beds was not available, so they put us in a one bedroom queen and gave us $30 off the price. When we got in there were bugs in the room, cigarette burns on the sheets, and the place had an old window ac unit in the window held in place by painted plywood. We told them we could not stay there, they offered us a room with two queens, but the condition of the first room was so bad that we declined. They only gave us half the money back as a refund. I would avoid this place, even with a screaming deal it is not worth it.

I knew this was a cheap hotel when I booked and I wasn't expecting a lot but I was supposed to stay 8 days. I got there and you have to call to get into the front office. The lady was sitting in the parking lot in her car with her dog. They overbooked (the front desk lady told me so) and gave me a room with a shower that was constantly running. I thought someone was in there at first and felt unsafe. I tried to turn the water off and then went to the front desk to get help. They said they knew about it and the maintainenece man had to tear into the wall so they left it running. They gave me a replacement room with a moldy shower and the front door didn't have a deadbolt and the regular knob didn't lock. The stairs felt like they were breaking under me, it smelled of mildew and dog everywhere, and the parking lot was full if vans that looked like people were living in them. The ladies upfront were nice during this but there was so much I felt I had to decline. I was still charged for a full day. Then 4 days later my replacement hotel was full of people who said that the Spur kicked everyone out of the second floor for repairs and left them in the lurch.
