The property was in a good location in Grand Rapids. Right on the edge of the grand Valley State University campus. The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly.

Parking was a little bit challenging. But you could pull right up to the hotel to load and unload. And just had to park across the street and around the corner not ideal for a late night parking but otherwise fine.

I didn't like that.There was anywhere to park.You had to use a parking garage or a parking lot.But nothing was offered by the hotel

I was very disappointed in that I was charged an extra $50 to my credit card after we paid I paid an extra $55 to park in the parking lot near the hotel.

"Absolutely AMAZING!! "

Went to a concert at Van Andel Arena with my 21 year old son. The staff were absolutely AMAZING. They were friendly and welcoming, and gave me perfect directions to get to the Arena (3 minute WALK). I will stay here every time I go to the Arena. They've earned a customer for life!! Keep up the AMAZING work!!!
