the room was clean.

i didn't like that i paid $203 to book online and then when i get to the hotel they swiped my card again for another $100. They claimed that once the cleaning crew check the room I'll get that #100 back. It's been 5 days and i all haven't got it back. What's the purpose of booking online when you have to pay more once you get there?
