Rooms and decoration

I'm a essential worker coming from Virginia to Florida to help cut electric back on working 18 hours a day .I come to the hotel after work they give us rooms which the heat doesn't work and it's 40 degrees out next morning I try to book another day to stay they refuse my service

It is very clean and it was quiet the AC worked very well

The bed was very uncomfortable and the parking lot is very dark
