The owner asked for a £40 refundable deposit for the keys to the room. Which he did not return inspite of calling him 3 times We did not stay overnight drove home back The milk had expired in 2022 The noise across the road was very loud. Our room was on the third floor and the shower was on the ground floor. The bedsheets had dirt marks and the room smelled strongly

Worse place should be closed by medway authorities. When 1st their no staff back had to call the owner repeatedly to give me the code to the key box and her key box where all faulty . Ridiculous she charged me an extra £20 for that . The hotel door was stiff had to call her aging to open the door after she gave me the wrong key. The room was boiling not in a great shape wasn't clean . She was a very rude women and I fell sorry for the residents that live here .what I would say for here to impove on yo ever get any more stars from people . It a major reinvestment into the building carpets need replaced lock need replaced and need a fresh paint and TLC and maybe hire a member of staff at thr desk and hire cleaners I would never come bsck again it not worth do not repeat do not book their .
