Very comfy I liked that each room has a different style and it was decorated nicely The rooms were very spacious And 4 people comfortably slept in the 4 bed room Bathroom was very homely Staff who I communicated with was so lovely - I had a lot of questions and would call and always get an answer k felt very assured of everything Showers were nice and warm with good pressure

The kettle in the room was dirty but I called the staff member who removed it from the property

Dirty smelly bedding looking like unwashed , very rude staff a lady who giving pin code for door key , swearing and very unfriendly

Wifi signals were very weak in our room. Sometimes, It gets disconnected automatically. Room and duvett were very smelly. Lack of cleanliness. Not according to the pictures shown on the booking.com.

The lady was so rude, when we turned up she was outside in the dark in her pyjamas, it was very cold but before letting us in she interrogated us with weired questions like how did we get there (she saw us arrive in our vehicle) and had we just come from work. Her manner was very unfriendly, when we entered there was no electricity to the property, it was cold and dark and when I asked where the room was she said upstairs and I said but we can't see anything to which she responded you've got a phone haven't you, use your torch, I recently suffered a serious i oh a up on trying to fix the electricity and left the house as we were leaving....this was the strangest guest house and the rudest host I have ever encountered. It's not fit for human habitation, upon reading further reviews on the Internet I am surprised you allow it on your site, sounds like an unhygienic death trap

First off, used toilet paper was found on the floor in our allocated room. Unwashed plates and cups in the sink in the kitchen and to make the experience even more of a horror, the house was freezing cold. A call to the owner only resulted her into putting on the heating for a mere one hour and then she turned it off. The night was freezing cold and we didn’t enjoy our stay. The owner then called at 6 am to inquire what time we would be vacating the property, this seemed rather ridiculous as she knew what time we were meant to leave. By and large, our experience at the Queen Guest House, Gillingham was a nightmare of sorts. Would I recommend this property for other to come and lodge or would I consider coming back, hell NO.

Owner scammed us of the £20 deposit. Collected in cash but didn't have any cash to refund it when we checked out. Instead, she offered to refund via PayPal, but didn't respond to any emails or messages after. The bathroom and the kitchen's cold water pump was not working for the 3 days that we were there.
