Very unpleasant atmosphere.

It was just terrible

These are the most disgusting conditions I have ever encountered before. Absolutely does not correspond to the description and photos. Dirt, no internet, the lights go out, stench like a corpse under the bed, water is either hot or cold, 1 toilet and shower in which you can’t wash, for 5 rooms. Two people can’t fit in the room. Black mold on all the walls, dirty linen. Inadequate landlady.

No one should have to pay £75 to sleep in the cold as the property was very cold. There was no one at the property when i got there and the door was found open. I felt so unsafe throughout the night.

I was completely disappointed with the service. It is the first time I am using Booking.com. I am an Airbnb regular, but I was leaving a hotel and wanted to get some nearby, so I did a Google search. The property came up, and I chose it on that basis. That was the only thing about it that was straightforward, everything else was not fit for purpose. The Heaters were not on even though the windows were left open, and the room was cold. There was no WiFi on the property for whatever reasons. The lighting in the toilet was poor, and the windows were dirty and had cobwebs. It is even pointless to talk about the view from the windows, unkept. One would have thought they would keep it tidy. I was going do a Trustpilot report of my disappointment but this is my first step.

The location

The host was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I arrived at the apartment, I had not been informed about how to obtain the keys. I called the host to ask for the key, and she began shouting at me. "she said it's my house I'm not opening the door, I don't know where you are coming from". She threatened to refund my money, which only added to my frustration. When I told her to go ahead and issue the refund, she responded that I wouldn't receive it for another month. it was not a pleasant situation Eventually, we received the code to enter the apartment, but the experience only worsened. The apartment was not clean, there was no Wi-Fi, the TV didn’t work, the shower room was extremely small, and there was no cold water. Additionally, there was only one towel provided per room, despite each room accommodating two guests. With eleven guests in total, there were only two sets of cutlery available. When we requested more towels, the host brought damp ones, which we had to reject. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

Owner is not a nice guy he don’t know how to respect

Fake house photos!!! Be careful!!! , house is rubbish, no clean , terrible smell in house.Kitchen catastrophic ( guest us photos from someone another house!) All is damaged, in kitchen oven not working, terrible smell fridge. Recommend keep away from this property! Booked business trip for 3 guy's .We get one small double room with two double beds.When we asked another space for third guy the guess asked another £ 60 pounds cash per night ,,out of booking com.,, Never coming back.I paid 600 pounds but this house is worth maybe £ 30 !!!! We planing next week another trip but we booked hotel rather than this smell house. Still wait for VAT invoice from guests .
