Clean room, beautiful views, kind and helpful staff.

Die schöne und ruhige Lage. Das Hotel hat zudem mehrere Aktivitäten angeboten. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr sehr lecker. Gemütliche Betten und sehr sauber. Der Pool war auch super und die Kinder hatten dort sehr viel Spaß.

Im Restaurant hat man uns die Rechnung gebracht, obwohl wir noch am Essen waren. Das gehört sich nicht.

It was an interesting rustic place. Liked that there was a restaurant on site although we didn't eat there.

Had trouble finding where to check-in. Reserved a room with a king bed and balcony. The room did not have a balcony and the king bed was two twin beds pushed together which ended up being uncomfortable with a big gap in the middle of the bed. There was a Keurig in the hallway but the water left out to use for it was brown. There was an ice machine but nothing in the room or near the ice machine to hold ice. We did not eat at the restaurant buffet as it didn't have a good selection for the price of $30 per person. There were no plain meat choices.

Wonderful view of valley. Clean rooms. Quick hot water with good water pressure. Very attentive staff.

Initial room was musty. Staff traded us to another better room without questions.
