Check in was great. Friendly service. However, the room has no toilet paper and only one towel. It was a 2 double bed room
Check in was not into 3 pm. Did not check in until later that night. There was a man in the lobby that was on something and started making me feel uncomfortable. No one told him to leave. I tried to over look it and go to my room. I did not stay long after that and checked out because I felt unsafe with the people and the environment. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It needs to be worked on and made to be a better place without the unwanted drugs, chaos, and people that were there.
Hotelis now under new ownership and that is obvious. About two to three years ago it was a great place but now I would never, ever stay there again. Extremely noisy. Invasion of privacy and disrespectful staff or just a few issues now there. I would advise others to seedlings other accommodations although I too have valid photos I will provide at a later date

Dirty and the lobby was very cluttered. There were pieces of a broken office chair as well as pieces of a charcoal grill in front of the vending machines. Our room did not have a coffee maker, alarm clock, or trashcan. The mirror that is supposed to be mounted to the bathroom door was leaning against the opposite wall. There was a used bar of soap in the shower. The mounted tv was broken so a second one was leaning against the wall underneath it. The blinds didn't quite fit the window so alot of light got in from the pool area. We used to stay here all the time on our way to Florida and back. Never again.
The staff is exceptionally nice and understanding!
Tv remote did not work, but the buttons on the side of the tv did. No shampoo, beds were not comfy at all, each bed had 1 tiny pillow on it. The girl at the front desk was real nice but she extremely overwhelmed.
