Staff walking around and hanging around without shirts on
Room was dirty. Dirty to the point i wouldnt have a shower in the morning. We did not get a key for the room as the poor employee was only 3 days into working there and was left on his own to try and figure it out. There was very sketcy people staying there so i was afraid to leave my room. Pool is not open and doesnr look like it will open again
The first night we got bit by bed bugs and they switched us to another room the next day and it was a little better
The room was not clean the correct way
My kids and I loved our stay at the Baymont hotel the staff made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely would come back.
My stay book by a friend of mine with his hotels.com membership he was bragging on the hotel and the hotel.com membership
This place in florence is a hotel on the wall I went to another hotel .There was to many drug user hanging around the place.I pull in the parking lot and they was all around me car.I would not gotten any sleep and begging for money.
Out dated and bees are horrible
Bed sheets appeared soiled, furniture looked worn down like it came from a thrift shop. Ice maker and vending machines were out of order and looked like they were for a long time. No towels in the room for shower.
Nasty terrible place
